Need:
Duplicate
your image
If it is
not square resize to a square image
apply Horizonaus Mixed Bag
- StripesAreIn (I use default setting)
next
apply Simple Filters - Diamonds
then
apply Simple Filters - 4 Way Average
For a
denser plaid you can repeat the steps
