This is in my dining room where I spend most of
my time:)
This tree is done sort of "country style" with
beaded garland and small
Hallmark ornaments.
On top of my desk is a lighted shadowbox made to
look like a Victorian house that I created with
a little help from Hubby on cutting out some of
the wooden parts. Each window has a 3-D
scene made from scenes cut out of Christmas
cards.
The angel kitty was a gift from my friend Gwen*. It is in honor of my
sweet Bini who left us after 17 wonderful years.
I always decorate our light fixtures - drives
the kitties crazy ha ha This is the one over our
dining room table.
Our main tree, which is in the living room, is
done in sort of a natural motif with icicles,
snowflakes and birds as the only ornaments.
This is on top of the refrigerator and shows my
two beanie Chow Chows - One should be black -
they were gifts from two different people and we
only had Bear Doggy, the red Chow Chow, at the
time. The Santa was made when I took
ceramics classes, he is actually a "candy cane
holder" with holes in his hat to hold them
but I put a light inside him instead.
